This policy explains which personal data Agencija Devbase (Visoko, Bosnia and Herzegovina) collects through this website, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, what you are building and your message, so we can answer you.
• Your IP address, for at most 10 minutes and only in memory, to protect the form against spam (it is not stored with your message).
• Usual server logs (date, page, browser), kept for a short time for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your inquiry and, if you decide to work with us, to prepare an offer or contract. We do not sell your data, send newsletters without your consent or use it for advertising.

Legal basis

We process your details because you asked us to reply (steps before a possible contract) and because we have a legitimate interest in answering inquiries and keeping the website safe from spam. Under the GDPR, these are Article 6(1)(b) and (f).

Cookies and statistics

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your choice of light or dark mode is saved only in your browser. If we measure visits, we use a statistics tool that works without cookies and does not identify you.

Who receives it

Messages are stored in our website database and sent to our company email. The website and email are run by hosting and email providers who process data only on our behalf. If such a provider is outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, for example in the EU or the USA, the data is transferred there with the safeguards the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep messages as long as needed to answer and follow up on your inquiry, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask us which data we have about you and for a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Write to us at the address below; we answer within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, or the authority in your country if you live in the EU.
